Accudemia : How do I check the text messages logs in the system?
INTRO
In Accudemia, text messaging is an appropriate method used to notify users of several important topics, such as appointments, surveys, and others. In this article, we describe how to track the SMS communications in Accudemia as well as check the AccuCredits balance to ensure you can send SMS messages.
STEP BY STEP
Pre-requirement: Only administrators or users with adequate permissions can access these features.
1-If users are not receiving notifications via SMS, check the notifications module to ensure SMS is enabled.
1. For appointments, go to Administration --> Control Panel, select the Notification module.
Now scroll through the list and look under the delivery methods column under the Appointments Section
If none of the notifications have SMS enabled, you can click the edit button to the right of the notification that you want to edit.
Next, click the box that says SMS in order to enable SMS, then click save in the top right of the screen.
2-Check the SMS Logs.
- Go to Data Analytics.
- On the left, use the search fields to narrow the results by location, student, phone number, courses, and period.
- For each message, you can see information such as the recipient, phone number, when the message was sent, status, courses, and the message contents.
