Accudemia: How do I cancel an appointment?

Introduction

Appointments made in Accudemia are not set in stone; they can be canceled by any user. This article will explain this simple process in a handful of steps. 

Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to Center Attendance > Appointment > View All.

2. Apply filters on the left side of the screen to find specific appointments faster.

3. Select the appointment(s) in the list by selecting the checkbox to the left of each appointment that will be canceled.

4. Click the Cancel tab button at the top of the page.

5. Click the red Yes button when Accudemia asks to confirm the appointment(s) deletion.

6. A confirmation message saying the appointment(s) were deleted will then appear in the top-right corner.
