Accudemia: How do I attach files to appointments?

Introduction

Appointments in Accudemia can have files attached to them in one of three ways: when creating the appointment, through the "Notes" feature, or by editing the appointment. This article will explain how to do all three.

The maximum file size is 10MB and the file types Accudemia accepts are:
.doc, .docx, .odt, .tex, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .psd, .txt, .mp3, .csv, .ods, .mp4, .mov, .mkv, .avi, .3gp, .mpg, .mpeg, .zip, .rar, .7z

Step-by-Step

Attaching a file when creating an appointment

1. On the final step of creating an appointment labeled "Confirm," click the Attach button.



2. Select the file and upload it.



3. Save the appointment as usual.


Attaching files using the "Notes"

1. Navigate to Center Attendance > Appointments > View All.


2. Select an appointment and click the Notes button.



3. Attach a new document by clicking the Attach button and choosing a file.


Existing attachments can also be downloaded here by clicking on them or deleted by clicking the Delete button.

1. Navigate to Center Attendance > Appointments > View All.


2. Double-click on an appointment, then click the Attach button from the popup screen and choose a file.
