In Accudemia, rules can be put in place to help make appointments more organized. For example, typically there is a set amount of time automatically placed between appointments so that tutors can properly prepare for the next student. However, if it's a busy day and there aren't many staff members available that day, certain administrators can be given the permission to bypass these rules entirely. This would then allow the administrator to see students back-to-back.

The change made in this article will only affect administrators, not regular tutors.

1. Navigate to Administration > Control Panel.

2. Select the "Appointments" module.

3. Choose the entire college as the scope, then click View Settings.

4. Click "Restrictions" on the left side of the screen, then underneath "Administrators," enable the "allow administrators to bypass restrictions" permission.
