Accudemia: How do I adjust the calendars so I can set availabilities earlier or later in the day?

Introduction

Accudemia has a time frame that Center and staff availability can be made. By default, this is 7 AM to 9 PM. Administrators can change this general availability in the calendar views though. For example, the time frames can be set from 5 AM to 2 PM, or 7 AM to 12 AM. This article will explain how to change the available time periods that can be set in Accudemia's calendars.

Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to Administration > Control Panel > General.

2. Choose the entire college as the scope.

3. Edit the "Start Time" and "End Time," then click Save Changes.

NOTE: This will change the calendar view for every Center in the college. This will allow administrators to increase/decrease Centers' and tutor availability further than what Accudemia offers on default.
