Accudemia: How do I add, remove, or update my Technical Contacts?

In Accudemia, Technical Contacts are users that have
permission to be supported by the Accudemia Support Team. To request to
remove or change your technical users list you must submit this from
within your admin account which notifies the Accudemia Team which system Users are
authorized.
1. Login to Accudemia.
2. Click Administration.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click Technical Contacts.
5. All of your institution's current technical contacts will appear.
6. Click Create New.
7. Search for the system user that you wish to add as a technical contact.
8. Click Accept.
Note: If you don't have admin access and need to add, change or remove a technical contact, an email can be sent to support@accudemia.com with an attached letter on the institution's letterhead stating who
will be replacing (even if temporary) the Technical Contacts on the
account. Here is an excerpt from our Support Policies regarding Technical Contacts on our website: No direct support is provided to students. Students need to
submit their support questions to the registered Technical Contacts of
that institution. If the Technical Contact is unable to resolve the
issue, then they may submit the issue to Accudemia's support team at support@accudemia.com.
Support is provided to authorized center or college staff only.
You need to enter these persons in Accudemia as registered Technical
Contacts for your center or college.
If you have an Accudemia Single Center license, then you can only have one Technical Contact.
If you have an Accudemia Institution License, then you can have
one college Technical Contact and you can have one technical contact per
licensed center. For example, if you license 3 centers, then you can
have up to 4 technical contacts.
Additional technical contacts can be added for a fee of $500/year each.
You must specify your technical contacts by entering them into
Accudemia's Technical Contacts Management screen. You can add contacts
there as long as you have open slots for them.
You can also remove or replace a person on the Technical
Contacts list. This requires approval by our staff. Please allow two
business days from receipt for the request for the change to be
processed.
