Accudemia: How can I send e-mails to Instructors about their Students Weekly Visits in Accudemia?
Here is how to create a scheduled report to send automated reports to instructors.
- Start by navigating to the report section under Data Analytics > Reports.

- Next, navigate to the report we want to schedule. For this case, we will be using the weekly visits report. This is found under the Centers > Visitor History section.

- Now we need to set our filters. You can filter by Period, Subject Area, Instructor, Students, Locations, and Groups. You can choose to create a general report that will be sent to all instructors individually by leaving a field blank; all entities will be selected for that field. Try to use a non-specific period when creating your report, as this will cause the report to always be pulled for this specific range. Instead, you can use the Last Week or Last Month option to create reports that are specific to each week.

- Now you want to schedule the report to be sent out. This will automatically take care of generating and sending the report to the desired instructor. Click the blue schedule button in the middle of the screen.

- Now you can follow the Schedule Report wizard to set up a recurring report. Start by naming the report.

- Next, set the schedule. This is when the report will be generated and how often it will be generated. Reports can be generated Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. There is also a preview box that shows when the next 5 reports will be sent.

- Next, we select the recipients; in this case, we would select "All Active Instructors" as we are sending a report that will show all of their students' weekly visits. We can select specific users in Accudemia or select all active instructors, depending on whom we want this report to be sent to. Do not select "Specific Emails" as these users are not a part of Accudemia and will not have roles associated with them.

- Next, we are given report options that can be used to send individualized reports to all instructors. By selecting "Send individual email to each instructor," you can send a report that will only contain visits where the specific instructor was selected.

- Now you can click finish to finalize the report after reviewing the details.
\ - By clicking the "My Scheduled Reports" button, you'll be able to edit and delete the scheduled reports.

Now you have a scheduled report that will be sent to all instructors detailing their students' weekly visits.
