Accudemia: How to remove User Groups from the system but retain them for future use
Introduction
In this guide, we will explain how to export the User Groups so that you can clean up the ones in your system, but still retain these previous User Groups created for future reports. These exports will then be used in the future to import the groups back into Accudemia.
Step-by-Step
From the main menu, click Administration > User Groups.
Once there, select the user group in the list you want to export (you can use the search on the left to find them if there are a lot of them)
Now at the bottom-left of this screen click the Show > Selected option to display only those users in the group. →
At this point, you can click the download/export button at the bottom-left of the list.
Note that It should automatically save as "results.xls" in your downloads folder of your computer so you may want to rename it to the group's name before repeating this process for each group.
