Accudemia: How do I exit a virtual waiting line?

Introduction

When a student signs in to an online session in Accudemia, they may be sent to a waiting room if the Center is busy. If the student decides they don't have the time, they can leave the waiting room at any time. This article will explain how students leave an online waiting room.

Step-by-Step

After signing in to an online session and being placed into a waiting line:

1. Click the Leave > button.

2. Click the Yes button on the confirmation pop-up to be removed from the line.

NOTE: If leaving the waiting line was a mistake, the student will need to click on the original virtual sign-in station link and follow the sign in process again.

WARNING: If the student closes Accudemia, this will also remove them from the waiting line automatically.
