AccuClub: How can I Set Location-based Access Restrictions based on User Roles?

Intro

You may have a location that does not want to allow all users to access the area for use in AccuClub and we can set this up to allow only a certain User Role to sign-in at the location. Follow the steps below to set this up in your account.

Step-by-Step

  1. Login to your AccuClub account as an Admin (if not already).
  2. Go to the General > Locations section from the main menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. Now in the location list scroll down the page and select the name of the location in question.
  4. Now, scroll to the bottom of these settings while editing the location, and restrict access to a certain role. In my case, I choose "members" since they should be the only ones scanning into that location.

  5. Done! Save changes at the bottom of this page.

Conclusion
