AccuClass Student: What if I’m signing-in correctly but still being marked absent in the system?
If a student is signing-in correctly in the system and still is being marked absent then the swipes are most likely going unresolved. If this is the case, then an Administrator will be the only person to help fix these unresolved swipes.
Please contact your Administrator or have your instructor contact them for this problem to be resolved as follows:
1. An admin must go into the student's account and make sure the Card Number is filled out and matches the Unique ID of the student.
2. The admin must make sure that the student is enrolled in the correct classroom and semester.
3. When this is all fixed the admin must go to Unresolved Swipes under Attendance and either auto-resolve or manually resolve all the unresolved swipes.
4. After all of this is fixed the past attendance should be fixed the student can properly sign in without any issues.
