AccuClass: How can I fix the syncing issue with the AccuClass app?

Intro

In this article we'll show you steps that you can perform in order to attempt to get the AccuClass app to sync.

Your Available Options:

Kill the AccuClass App and Reopen

  1. Tap the home button or swipe up from the bottom on the Apple device to exit the app.

  2. Double-tap the home button or swipe up slowly from the bottom on the Apple device now to get this screen (this process varies depending on generation).

  3. Swipe the screenshot of the AccuClass app upward to completely close the app.

Log out and Log in again

  1. Tap the menu (3 lines) icon and then log out.

  2. Tap on the AccuClass icon to open it again.

  3. When prompted login using your email and password.

Power-cycling the Device

  1. Hold down the power button at the top right of the iPod touch and the home button at the center front of the device.

  2. Continue holding them even after the slider to turn off the touch appears. Do not let go at this point.

  3. A few seconds after this, the screen will flash and go black. At this point, the touch has been rebooted.

  4. Hold down the power button at the top right until the screen lights up again and the Apple logo appears.

  5. Release the button and let the iPod touch finish booting up and you’ll be ready to rock again.

Try Using a Different Wi-fi Connection

  1. Ensure the Apple device is in range of your Wi-Fi router (access point). This is typically at best at a max of 30-50 meters from the Wi-Fi Router.

  2. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and on. If your Wi-Fi setting is dimmed, follow these steps.

  3. Confirm that your Wi-Fi router and cable or DSL modem are connected to power, turned on, and connected to the Internet. If not, refer to your network administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for assistance.

  4. Restart your iOS device.

  5. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and locate the Wi-Fi network to which you're connected.

  6. Tap the info button and Forget this Network.

  7. Try to connect to your desired Wi-Fi network. Reenter your Wi-Fi password again if your network requires one.

  8. Turn your Wi-Fi router off and on. If your ISP also provides cable or phone service, check with them before attempting this step to avoid interruption of service.

  9. Update your device to the latest version of the software.

  10. Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware. For AirPort Base Stations, install updates using the AirPort Utility.
