Accucampus: How to configure Virtual Appointments?

INTRODUCTION

Now in Accucampus, you can add a new Virtual URL field to staff members so they can perform their online sessions using such links, also some Services can be set as "Online" so when someone creates an appointment for those Services they can receive a link that can be used to access their online sessions at the time of the appointment.

PRE-REQUISITES 

Please add the Virtual URL information to the staff which will perform Online Sessions: please go to General-->Users and select a user:

Please note that this user must have a Role  that falls in the Category "Users that can be registered as professor/instructor in a class" in 

Virtual Appointments can be set for Appointments with no services or for those whose services are all "online", in order to see/set  a Service as "online"  please go to General->Services:

Now create the new "Online" Service or edit a current Service and set it as "Online" by enabling the "Allow virtual sign-in for appointments" highlighted below, make sure to Save all changes.

DISTRIBUTING THE VIRTUAL LINK

There are several ways to send links to the final user:

1- Via rules: You can use rules to send those links to the user, you can use for these the tokens: VirtualURL and IsVirtual
