INTRO
in AccuCampus you can use rules to request users to rate a location or service, in this article we describe the process using as an example asking a user to rate a location where a sign-in station is.
STEP BY STEP
1-Go to Advanced Options--> Settings-->Rules:
2-Click on "Create New", now select the trigger that will start the action, for example when a user signs-in a particular sign-in station, in the action we will select "Ask to rate location".
3-Now click on "Edit" for the Action:
-In the Sample field, choose what percentage of users will see this rating.
-Elaborate on what the question will be.
-Select what topic is the source of the rating (Courses, Locations, Staff, Instructors, Services).
5- Try the rule and make changes as needed.
