In AccuCampus you can use rules to notify when imports fail/succeed, this way you can know about it and/or you can take action to correct whatever error is causing the problem.

Go to Advanced Options--> Settings--> Rules.

Create a new rule and choose the trigger "When an import job finishes", you can complement the rule with the condition "Success is YES/NO" if you only want to receive notifications when the import fails/succeeds, leaving no condition allows to always receive the notification no matter the outcome. 

As action select "Send a notification".

In the action area click Edit and set who will be the target of the notification, you can specify more than one, you can also set how do you want to send the notification (email, text message, on-screen). Use tokens such as [[Import.Title]] to identify the name of the import job.

Try the rule and make changes as needed.
