In AccuCampus users can provide reviews and comments related to locations and services in different ways, however, there is usually the need to moderate or check the comments provided in those ratings, especially due to the possibility that someone could use this feature to post sensitive information, use foul language and such. In this article, we describe how we can enable this rating system and how can we moderate the comments prior to posting them publicly in AccuCampus.

Note: Besides this rating system we can also send a message to request ratings/feedback bases on a rule as you can see in this article:

In the "General Options" section select the rating method between Five Star Rating, Thumb Rating, and Smiley Rating.

In the "Review and Comments Moderation" enable the options as needed.

Users will start posting their reviews and their comments, for that information to be posted in AccuCampus administrators will need to periodically go review them and approving/disapproving them , for that they would need to go to the same screen as Step 1 and click in the "Moderate Comments" button.

There are 3 buttons:

-Go back to return to the previous page.

-Approve Comment: Use this option to post the message publicly if it does not break any of the school rules and it's deemed safe.

-Reject Comment: Use this option to reject the comment if it breaks some school rules, it's deemed unsafe, it is considered hate speech, or other rejecting reasons.

As you approve or reject each comment they will show in a list along with their status, when there are no more comments to be moderated the system will show a msg "No ratings or comments pending moderation.":
