Accucampus: How to add/remove a tag based on a user sign-in to service?


Please go to  create a rule in Advanced Options --> Settings --> Rules:

In such Rule, you will choose the trigger "When a user signs in using a multistep kiosk station" and add a logical condition that says "Service Name(CSV) contains X-name" , X-name is the Service that you want the user to select to trigger this action. As you see below:




2- In the section "What does it do" add an Action "remove a tag" OR "add a tag" depending on what you need.
3-add value tothe option "With Internal ID" and set  [[AttendanceLog.User.Id]].
4- Now write down the Tag that you want to add or delete in the Tag option as you see below:
