AccuCampus: How do I test or troubleshoot the Zoom integration?

INTRO

In AccuCampus we can integrate the Zoom accounts(all except for free zoom accounts) so the tracking is more accurate, we would need to test the integration to make sure everything works as needed, this article describes how tutors can check their integration and how they can test the process.

STEP-BY-STEP

1 - Click in "My Profile":


3 - Make sure that the integration is active and the session match in AccuCampus and Zoom:

it will show a session with today's date, now open the Zoom App and make sure that you start the same session that is selected in AccuCampus integration, for this compare the session ID, as you see in this example is 86863778723 in both AccuCampus and Zoom, now that they match hit "Start" in Zoom to start the session (you will only need to do this once).

4 - Now Zoom is opened and ready to receive students:


5 - Now create an online appointment with a student:










6 - Then have the student log-in to AccuCampus (in a separate machine/phone/iPad )and have him click on the "Virtual Sign-in" button of the online appointment that should appear in his home page and follow this 3 step wizard:






7 - Now the tutor should see the student joining, and should allow him/her to go in the session by clicking "admit":
