Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to Advanced Options > Settings.

2. Select "Rules" from the list.

3. Create a new rule or edit an existing one.

4. Give the Rule a name and description, then enable the "Active" status.

5. For the Trigger, select "When a card is swiped."

6. For the Conditions, choose "Name" (Location), "is," and type "Presentation" into the third box.

7. For the Action, select "Ask the user to rate something" from the list.

8. Set the Sample to 100% so it asks every user, choose where the email is coming from, create a subject and footer, then enable "Locations" at the bottom and save.

9. Review the Rule, then click Save at the bottom of the page.

TIP: It's recommended to test this Rule with a fake attendee/student to ensure it's working correctly.
