AccuCampus: How do I move data between users?

INTRODUCTION

In AccuCampus you can move data from one student to the other,  this can be useful in case such as there were some identity mistakes where some data(session logs, appointments) were attached to the wrong person,  in the next chapter we describe how to perform the process.

STEP BY STEP

1 - Go to Advanced options -> Move Data:


2 - Select the Source student in the "From" textbox, you can start typing a name or click on the magnifying glass to see a list of students.
    Select the Target student in the "To" textbox, you can start typing a name or click on the magnifying glass to see a list of students.



3 - Click the button "Move" to start moving all the information from the student selected as source to the student selected as a target, AccuCampus will show a final confirmation message, click OK, and within a few minutes the operation should be completed. A final acknowledgment screen will be shown.



NOTE: Please make sure you are selecting the correct Source and Target for this operation, !!

CONCLUSION

Using this process we can move information from one student to another.
