AccuCampus: How do I find the link to my virtual appointment?

Introduction

Users in AccuCampus can create virtual appointments using several different streaming platforms like Zoom, GoToMeeting, MS Teams, and more. Depending on what administrators have enabled, there could be several different ways to access these appointment links. This article will point out all the different ways an appointment link can be accessed.

Step-By-Step

Upcoming Appointments widget on the home page

1. Navigate to the home page.


2. Find the "Upcoming Appointments" widget and click on the Virtual Sign-in button to start the session.


The 'Upcoming Appointments" widget needs to be enabled by administrators, though it is one of the more popular options.  Because AccuCampus is so customizable, this widget could be anywhere on the home page.


Selecting from all appointments

1. Navigate to Appointments > View All.



2. Search for the appointment from the list, then click the More Actions button on the right and select "Virtual Sign-in" from the drop-down menu that appears.



1. Navigate to the email account linked to AccuCampus.


2. Open the appointment email and click on the AccuCampus link to open the session.


Appointment emails is another feature the administrators need to enable, though it's a commonly used.  If there is no appointment email available, it's likely the feature hasn't been enabled.
