AccuCampus: How do I check staff availability?
Introduction
In AccuCampus, Admins can filter by the real-time availability of tutors, advisors, and/or staff to see a clearer picture of when they are available for scheduled meetings. In this article, we describe how to do accomplish this task.
Prerequisites
All admins, staff, or user's in AccuCampus that need to view this information must have the proper permissions and scope set to be allowed to access and check staff availability.

Step-by-Step
STEP 1: Filtering the required availability
Start by navigating to Center Visits > Walk-in Times from the left-side main menu in AccuCampus.
Next filter the information as needed on the Walk-In Times screen. This screen provides access to a multitude of filters that can be used to display exactly what is needed. The possible filters are explained, below: - Locations - Filter selecting a specific location from the list.
- Semester - Filter selecting a Semester from the list.
- Period - Filter choosing a range from a “Start Time” to an “End Time”.
- Service - Filter selecting a specific Service from the list.
- Course - Filter selecting a specific Course from the list.
- Staff - Filter selecting a specific Staff Member from the list.
After selecting all filters needed in the previous step then choose whether to Search by Staff or Search by Date:
Search by Staff - Click this option to use these filters to show a list of Staff Members, then click a name to see his/her availability (see details below).
Search by Date - Click this option to use these filters to show dates, along with which Staff Member is available at those times (see details below).
