AccuCampus: How can I pull a list of the Media Checkout Notes from the system since it is not included on the Media reports?

Intro

In this article, we will show you how to pull an Export of all the fields used in the media checkouts section (including notes) for a specific location.

Step-by-Step

  1. Login as an Admin at https://www.accucampus.net/login using your domain, email, and password.

  2. Navigate to the Advanced Options > Export section of the main menu.


  3. Click on the Show Filters... link next to the desired format (CSV, HTML, XLSX) for the Media option.


  4. Search for and select the location in the available filter (or leave blank if not location specific).

  5. Now click the Download Media button to generate the export.

  6. Finally, at the bottom of this screen, there will be a Download Media link/option to click to download the export file.
